Dear Parishioners,

As we begin this Advent Season, I just wanted to call attention to some events that are happening over the next month in our Parish.

• This Friday December 8th, we are celebrating the Immaculate Conception which is a Holy Day of Obligation. Please check the bulletin for Mass times.
• Friday December 15th, we will have a Game Night in Building 2 at 5 pm.
• Saturday December 16th at 7 pm, we are having a Lessons and Carols choir concert in the church. Christa and the choir have been working really hard at this. So, I’m looking forward to hearing them.
• Wednesday December 20th from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm, I’ll be hearing confessions in the chapel confessional.
• Thursdays, December 21st and 28th, there will be no Eucharistic Adoration.
• Monday December 25th is of course Christmas. Please pay attention to the change in our Mass schedule since the Mass at Night will be at 11 pm.
• Thursday December 28th is the Feast of the Holy Innocents, our parish feast day. So there will be a Mass at 9 am and a Traditional Latin Mass at 7 pm that day.
• Monday January 1st is the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God and is not a Holy Day of Obligation because it falls on a Monday. So, we are having the normal daily Mass schedule that day (9 am Mass).

And lastly, I would like to thank you all for the generous contributions you’ve all recently made. I just received thank you notes from the Archdiocese of Trivandrum, the Pontifical Mission society and Operation Rice Bowl. Also, many people have responded to the No One Dies Alone Ministry at the hospital. So, it is good to see that we have a generous parish here. Keep praying, everyone. Advent is just beginning.
